Barnimer Doppelbock meets Stork Club Rye Whiskey Barrel for the second time. Our Doppelbock, which is filled annually in November, has spent 12 months in the French oak barrel. During this time, it was able to absorb the full aromas of the rye whiskey from the previous filling.
Delicate tones of vanilla, leather, and dark candy flow into the nose. Round wood notes and a light caramel sweetness harmonize with the roasted malt aromas of the dark Doppelbock. Recommended serving temperature 16-20°C.
