Surf Coast Blonde is a whirlpool blend of three hop varieties showcasing tropical fruits, citrus flavours and a smooth bitterness. According to Jamie Roydhouse, “Cascade hops contribute citrus flavour and aroma, Hallertauer hops contribute an earthy aroma and the addition of Northern Brewer hops give the beer a light herbal aroma with a hint of floral.”
