Bayou Bananas is a collaborative stout brewed with our Bayou Baws from Parish Brewing Company out of Broussard, Louisiana. This decadent stout was brewed with Bananas, Cinnamon & Vanilla, inspired by the traditional New Orleans dessert Bananas Foster then laid to rest in Matusalem Rum Barrels.
