Bishop Cider - Barrel-aged Belgian Quad

I’m guessing only Kevin has the right to actually describe this one of a kind, totally out of the box cider. I can tell you it is beyond awesome, and incredibly smooth with a super clean finish. I can tell you that no cider company has come even close to matching this one. I can tell you that it’s a very limited edition. I can tell you it won’t last long once people start tasting it. I can also tell you, you can only get this at the Cidercade in Dallas, for now, BUT, there will be Cidercades opening in Austin and Houston soon, but I doubt it will last that long. I can tell you that you need to try it, especially if you enjoy really well done Belgium style beers.... I can tell you all of that, but now it’s on you. Just go get it while it’s still there. You will not be disappointed.
