Beer description

If you ever had the opportunity to try the Ginspired, it is [was] awesome. One of our premier cidermasters, Paige, came up with that one, and as difficult as it was, they actually attempted to outdo it. So they dropped it in a barrel and aged it. The timing is something only the crew knows and they are really tight lipped on that, but they did it so they can add “Barrel Aged” to the name. So “Barrel aging” is sorta like bacon [but only if you love bacon]. Barrel aging makes everything taste better [just like bacon... even ice cream tastes better with bacon, and I think we’ve actually tried it in a cider too, but if we didn’t, we will]. Think of this as a really good barrel aged cider which gives some earthy and woody notes to the apples, with just a touch of gin in the background. You kinda catch it a little more on the finish, which is still clean as a whistle. The BA Gin is part of the Barrel Aged series and is extremely limited, so get it while the tap is flowing. Cheers!
