Bishop Cider - Barrel-aged Sea Salt

In beer terms this is sorta like a Gose, but a bit bigger on the salt side. You still get every bit of the cider and the woodiness of the barrel but if you like salt, this is one bad mammajamma. The interesting part is that the finish is pretty clean. This might be the perfect match to blend with the Barrel Aged Tequila, just to give the Tequila a ting of saltiness without having to go through all the mess of carrying around a salt shaker and having to deal with it spilling in your pocket... then it gets all over your change. I hate when that happens, so just ask one of the crew to top the BA Tequila off with a shot or 5 of the BA Sea Salt, OR, just have the BA Sea Salt alone and all by itself. It’s pretty darn good that way too
