The trend towards non-alcoholic beers continues and the challenge remains to create a real beer flavor without alcohol. In cooperation with Ziemann Holvrieka, we have developed a recipe that shows how de-alcoholized beers can become a full-flavored taste experience on an industrial scale before bottling through the right amount of hops. This beer demonstrates that the process is effective and delivers a balanced taste, created by modern aroma hop varieties and our PHA® water-based citrussy.
Characterized by its refreshing character and a dry bitterness, this beer resembles a pilsner with a fine hop blossom, as known from fresh hop cones.
