A 'bass-activated' Saison, in which the yeast has been kept moving by low-frequency sound waves for the first 72 hours of fermentation. This process, in which the yeast moves freely through the kettle and does not settle to the bottom, ensures a prolonged and more thorough fermentation.
Brewed from Pilsner malt and spelt, hopped with Brewers Gold, East Kent Goldings and Hallertau Blanc, enriched with dried peel of Curaçao oranges and fermented with Belle Saison. A classic Saison 'nose', refreshing, pleasant citrus notes, a dry finish.
