XMAS Special. A winter beast born from Belgian tradition.
Brewed with classic Belgian yeast for deep notes of banana, raisin, and clove a familiar spice profile you only get from a proper abbey-style ale.
Then we took it further and conditioned it over ginger, allspice, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon, to become a full-on holiday cake in a glass: rich, warming, and unapologetically festive.
It shows a beautiful copper glow, feels silky and it tastes malty with subtle lingering spice. A toast to the monks, the markets, and the magic of this tinme of the year.
