Basqueland - Enlightement

In "Enlightenment" we focused entirely on softness. A base of extra pale malt, oats, and chit malt creates a silky body that can handle anything you throw at it. A touch of Citra in the whirlpool sets the tone, but the real magic happens through dry-hopping with Strata, Southern Cross, and Mosaic Pebbles. On the palate, lime, pineapple, a hint of red berries, and pebble candies dominate, captivating you from the very first sip. Hoppy enlightenment.
