Beer description
This Scotch Ale is built for winter: rich, and packed with layers of caramel, toffee, and dried fig. But don’t let that fool you it’s incredibly drinkable.
Brewed with Maris Otter, crystal, and DRC malts, plus a touch of torrified and chocolate wheat for extra depth. Cold fermentation with Windsor yeast keeps it smooth, letting the biscuit and rich malt character shine.
