Kiss the Sky is a hazy, high-impact Double IPA where hops and yeast lock in seamlessly to unleash an explosive fruit-forward expression.To carry that wave of flavor, we built an ultra-silky body with Extra Pale malt and a heavy load of oats (both flaked and malted), plus wheat flakes. The result is a dense, velvety base that sets the stage for what’s coming next.The sensory journey deepens in the whirlpool with Mosaic, interacting with Saturated yeast to push things further. Then comes a massive dry-hop hit of Rakau, Mosaic, and Superdelic—unleashing a three-layered aroma: deep stone fruit, ripe apricot, and syrupy peach, followed by a touch of frosted red berries and a subtle, complex dank edge.A hop-loaded kiss straight to the sky.
