Basqueland - Kook Town

Every surfer starts out as a kook. We’ve all been there. Golden, bright, dry and built around a clean, assertive bitterness. A West Coast IPA with massive hop aroma and dangerously easy drinkability. A base of Extra Pale, Dextrin and Crystal malts with flaked rice keeps the body light and the finish crisp. Mosaic and Idaho 7 lay the foundation in the whirlpool, while HBC 522, HBC 638 and Simcoe Cryo take over in the dry hop, layering notes of tangerine zest, fresh pine and resin.
