Basqueland - Mucho Mucho Simcoe

Mucho Mucho Simcoe is our tribute to 25 years of Simcoe, the hop that changed the game. An icon for its versatility, its power, and for being a key part of the recipe of our most beloved IPA: Imparable. To celebrate it, we went all-in with a big, unapologetic homage: a DDH Double IPA brewed exclusively with Simcoe, built from a special selection of the hop itself to showcase its fruitiest, most expressive, most unrestrained side. Layer after layer, we saturated this beer with Simcoe essential oils—in the boil, the whirlpool, and the dry hop pushing it to the limit: red berries, passion fruit, grapefruit, and a deep hit of pine resin. With a massive 25 g/L of hops, Mucho Mucho Simcoe is exactly what its name promises: Simcoe squared. Simcoe unleashed. Simcoe on steroids.
