Basqueland - Sprockets

Sprockets is the golden, pale, and flavorful version of German Bock beers. As a high-gravity lager, it offers a very clean fermentation profile that allows the malt to take center stage without distractions. We have brewed this beer on a selection of premium malts: Weyermann Barke Pils, Barke Munich, and Vienna. The result is a solid structure that stands out for its sweet grain aroma, with deep notes of honey, toasted bread crust, and an authentic rustic character. On the palate, it is pure silk, faithful to its aroma but with a floral finish that cleanses the palate for the next sip. A full-bodied, technical lager with that “kitsch” touch we love so much.
