Pastry Sour with rhubarb and vanilla - brewed and conceived together with "Testbräu" from Munich. This delicately tart and pleasantly sweet pastry sour fits seamlessly into the "Cake Series". Creamy, soft, mousse-like with lots of the finest "rhubarb puree" and even more of the finest vanilla, this is a kind of "liquid rhubarb cake in a glass". The lactose naturally provides a lovely sweetness, as it is not fermented by the brewer's yeast, while also adding that unique creaminess and texture.
