This is the second instalment in our series of collabs with Namjim. An IPA made with pilsner malt, toasted rice and milk sugar. After a heavy dry hop with Sabro and Eclipse hops it was then conditioned on a Thai tea dust (Ceylon black tea and spice mix). Medium-bodied with a slight sweetness and flavors of citrus, coconut, cardamom, and cinnamon. 7.0%
The nose is a slight orange citrus. The flavours start with a mix of orange & tea before unfolding into a citrusy spice mix with a slight citrus orange aftertaste. It tastes great …
