Beak Brewery - So… Simcoe

This Double India Pale Ale was brewed with oats and wheat, along with huge additions of Simcoe and Citra hops in T-90, Cryo and Spectrum formats. Dripping in hop oils and brimming with squishy, overripe flavours of orange, mango and lemon.
