Beak Brewery - Western Seaboard Project #2: Bright IPA

Our Western Seaboard Project is a series of IPAs inspired by contemporary Pacific coast beer culture, focusing less on bitterness and more on crisp, pared back malt profiles with modern, ultra-vivid hop character. This second iteration shifts to the best and brightest of New Zealand hops, using double intensity Nelson Sauvin CGX and Cryo format Motueka, and a blast of SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle.
