Beer description
Summer beer, produced with malted barley and 30% malted rye. Pale straw color, veiled, with milky reflections and compact foam. Fine nose, with hints of cereal, chamomile and mauve. In the mouth it is fresh, with a slight sweetness of cereal, balanced by a slight and elegant bitterness. Alone as an aperitif or with delicate fish appetizers.
