Beer description

Originally brewed in 1526 by Cord Broyhan, it became one of the most popular beers in the northern Holy Roman Empire. The style, Broyhan, has influenced many other beers styles, such as Berliner Weisse, Gose, and possibly even Kölsch. Pale, tart, and easy drinking. Can be drank “Mit Schuss”, or with a shot of fruit syrup.
