Beer description
This extra pale ale is crafted with oodles of oats and wheat to give this beer an exciting and complex hazy base. First addition hop Centennial (3%) delivers gentle, grapefruit bitterness with Mosaic (26%) and Centennial (24%) at Flame-out to really enhance the juicy flavour. We then went and dry hopped the fermenter with Cascade (14%) and El Dorado (33%) over four days to give this DDH IPA BIG notes of pineapple and tropical fruits
