Sangria inspired Ale with Pinot Noir grape must and Apple, Orange, and Lemon juices. Our newest release is indeed inspired by the fruited wine best paired with the Spanish variety of small plates (aka tapas) featuring a nectarine skin hue and drying grape tannin finish from a generous post-primary fermentation addition of pinot noir grape must. Notes of dark cherry, pithy citrus, tart apple and Sicilian blood orange create a fruity cornucopia, typical of our favorite sangrias.
