Just apples, Manjimup Pink Lady and Granny Smith apples to be exact, are all they use in their fresh-pressed Western Cider. They keep most of the pectin plus some of the solids in the juice to ensure the full flavours of the apple are expressed through fermentation, including any slight seasonal variation. The result is a truly authentic apple cider that’s naturally cloudy, neither sweet nor dry and with a pleasant acidity that’s perfect for warm Summer days.
