Brun Sovs notes of prunes and red apples, which is traditionally used in the stuffing for the Danish chrismas-dinner bird. Full-bodied for its modest strength, malt-forward with hints of dark fruits, burned sugar, and a short dry finish that makes you want to take another sip.
