There is little to no hop aroma but bitterness, from the malt and hops, is pronounced. We turn it into a milk stout by adding lactose (milk sugar) that makes the beer slightly sweeter and higher in mouth-feel. We then use chestnut and hazelnut extracts to give a bold, balanced nut edge to this great beer
