Dark amber, little tanned bubbles. Nose is sweet honey, sugar, caramel, basic sweet with Belgian yeast. Body & taste are a bit thin and fizzy,… Sweet malts, sugar, candy sugar, not getting the spices to be honest, sugar, Belgian yeast. Overall quite Belgian, sugar & yeast, rather bland & simple, okay – not really a classical tripel, appearance alone, I am not a style purist, Belgian Strong Ale makes more sense to me.
