Beerstorming - BS0105 Nordic Hopster

Clear pale golden, unstable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of apple peel, pear, yellow grapefruit, grain, melon, yeast, bread. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple & pear, quite yeasty & bready, sourish lime & wheat, bitter notes of grain, grass, mandarin peel, grapefruit, leading to a dryish, grainy, bit grassy hoppy finish, lingering yeast & yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Sufficiently ‘hoppy blond’ for me but not much more.
