Music City - Mosaic Hopped Hazy IPA This beer is inspired by our recent trip to Nashville, Tennessee for the American Craft Brewers Conference (CBC). Nashville is a crazy, lively place; full of live music, in every bar, at any time of the day or night. It's a place known for hot chicken, cowboy boot shops and an endless stream of chicken nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the South. With its mixture of beer, food and culture, we could only think of a hops that would summarize the place: mosaic. So, this Hazy IPA is packed with mosaic hops to show how many things are happening in Music City. It is a mosaic of experiences and tastes. Enjoy it.
