La Blonde au Miel is a traditional beer made with Burgundy honey, orange peel, coriander and ginger.
Bernard Loiseau® composed this unique beer recipe in collaboration with our microbrewery Belenium. It is refermented in the bottle, unfiltered and unpasteurised to better preserve its different aromas.
