Belhaven Brewery - Twisted Thistle IPA

Belhaven Brewery flagship American IPA. A bold but refreshing ale with pale malt to add sweetness and a small crystal malt for extra toffee and a touch of astringency. Challenger ensures clean bitterness and an underlying herbal height. Hersbrucker adds a little bit of fruit, spiciness and floral character, and Cascade as the late-night hop adds masses of grapefruit citrus flavor and flavor and floral scent. All three hops add to the bold bitterness and satisfying finish, as well as the huge "Hop Store" flavor. Ingredients: Pale Malt, Cascade, Hersbrucker and Challenger Hops.
