Beer description
Clinging pinkish head over red-terracotta beer. Puttekeoverripe cherries, red fruit, brown sugar, waffles. Sour cherries, brown sugar again, Wayland syrup, cakebottom, lactic acid, acetic acid, yoghurt. Astringent, acidburn, quite carbonated feel, serious acidthinning. Based on a very harsh if good lambic, real cherries no doubt, but something HAS been added to camouflage the acidshock. Not a patch on the nineties' Sélection Lambic Gueuze.
