Re-fermented in bottles, not-filtered, not-pasteurized, brown –tawny beer. Dark, thick and lasting froth. It presents a bouquet of liquorice, smoked chestnuts, nuts, pears and medlars, hull, cocoa and juniper. Structured body with a persistent flavour after tasting it.
