Beer description
Farmhouse Ale Aged in Twenty Valley Wine Barrels for 4 Months. Moderate funk nose, red fruit/wine oak, light acidity, dry finish. Malts of European Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Wheat Malt, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt. Yeast is Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
