Beer description
Appellation No.4 was aged for 13 months in Pinot Noir and Gamay barrels from Malivoire. Elegant and balanced with light acidity, soft oak, and earthy funk. Malts of German Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Spelt, Oats. Yeast is Lactobacillus, Saison & Brettanomyces.
