Beer description
Dry, tart and lightly funky, this ale is fermented with house culture of yeasts , lactobacillus and brettanomyces, and is liberally dry hopped with Azacca with juicy notes of pineapple and tropical fruits. Malts are Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner, Wheat Malt, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt Malt. Yeast is Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
