Aromas of pineapple and melon with notes of peaches and funk from the Brett. Light, tangy finish. Malts is Munich 1, Wheat, Raw Wheat, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Canadian 2-Row. Yeast is Vermont, Saison, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces.
