Beer description
Dry, tart and lightly funky, this ale is fermented with house culture of yeasts, lactobacillus and brettanomyces, and is liberally dry hopped with El Dorado with juicy aromas of orange and tangerine. Malts: Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner, Wheat, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
