Fieldwork 5 is a tart ale using Vermont yeast and a massive dry hopping of Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. This session-able Tart & Hazy is 4.8% ABV to unwind and arise fresh the next day. Malts: German pilsner, spelt & wheat.
