Beer description
This soft and complex brett saison was aged exclusively in Henry foeder for 8 months and was then dry hopped with El Dorado and Saaz. Displaying big hop aromas of honeydew and mango with a subtle earthiness and very dry finish, this beer will continue to develop as it ages in bottle.
Malts: German Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Spelt.
Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces.
