Beer description
Foeder Aged Brett Saison On Twenty Valley Cherries.This soft and complex brett saison was aged in Henry foeder for 8 months. It was then refermented with Montmorency cherries sourced from Twenty Valley neighbours at Cherry Lane, and bottle conditioned for another 8 weeks. Henry on Cherries displays aromas of bright sour cherries and fruity funk, with a light acidity and dry finish. Malts: German pilsner, Raw Wheat, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saccharomyces & Brettanomyces.
