Aromas of tropical fruit with notes of stone fruit and oak. Tart and tangy with a dry finish. Malts: Bohemian Floor-Malted Pilsner, Wheat, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Raw Wheat, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
