Aromas of pineapple, lemon and honey, with subtle herbal notes from the Rooibos tea. Dry finish. Malts: European Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Wheat Malt, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saison and Brettanomyces.
