Beer description
Made with wild dandelions foraged from the Malivoire wine vineyards as well as honey sourced from Rosewood Estates Winery, this barrel fermented farmhouse ale displays floral aromas with subtle notes of oak and earthiness. Malts: European Pilsner, Raw Wheat, Wheat Malt, Toasted Wheat Flakes, Spelt. Yeast: Lactobacillus, Saison & Brettanomyces.
