Beer description
Canadian Style Pilsner! We started with a simple base of Canadian pilsner malt with a touch of flaked rice to keep it nice and crispy. We loaded the kettle up with about double our typical hopping rate with German Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang hops, because how else are we gonna SET THE TONE? We finished it off with some spunding for natural CO2 capture and tiny bubbles.
