Our winter seasonal imperial rye saison is brewed with fresh East Branch baby ginger root, a little toasted cumin seed and over 200 pounds of fresh red core carrots from Bushy Tail Farms, right here in Saxapahaw! Each of the ingredients melds wonderfully with one another and works in concert with the grain and yeast notes to offer up a bright, clean, dry farmhouse ale.
