Export. Our memory of the days of heavy industry, when Dortmund was still the No. 1 beer city and the whole world drank Dortmunder Export. Our Export is classically cloudy with a soft, malty taste and a gently fading bitterness. We have now cold-hopped this Export brew with the Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade hop varieties following storage. The essential oils of the aroma hops lend the beer refreshing citrus notes and so the Export brew quenches summer thirst particularly well.
