Oh Mother, a fruity Berliner Weisse, this hasn't been made before! It's been there, it's all been there before, but how delicious and sour, and what fruit, and how refreshing! Blackberries, blackcurrant and cherries, perfectly complementing what the lactobacillus bacteria have done in the cauldron, i.e. souring the beer.
It goes in like gold, so much so that it's red!

Composition: Water, Wheat malt, Barley malt, Black currant juice 4%, Cherry juice 4%, Blackberry juice 3.5%, Oat malt, Hops, Yeast.
