Beer description
A special bottling of our Berliner Messe in collaboration with Schneeeule Braueri of Berlin. Brewed in the spring of 2018 with our usual deviations from Berliner Weisse techniques (unmalted wheat, aged hops, spontaneous fermentation), this beer aged in a single Pinot Noir barrel to which we added dried German woodruff. This barrel was regularly topped up over the course of two years before a natural refermentation in the bottle with local wildflower honey
