Beer description
Spontaneously fermented pale wheat ale refermented with North Jersey Chambourcin grapes (crushed & destemmed in-house), and further conditioned on NJ Petite Sirah & Cabernet Franc pomace from Unionville Vineyards. After racking off the fruit, the beer rested in Grenache puncheons and underwent a final refermentation in the bottle
